What do we collect?
When you book, we ask only for your name, mobile number and, if you wish, a short note. You do not need to enter medical details or a national ID number. Please do not write a diagnosis or the name of a disease in the note.
Where does it go?
This information is sent to the LimoMed booking system so the appointment can be registered and a confirmation and reminder SMS sent to you.
Is it shared?
Your information is not sold or given to others for advertising. Only the booking and support team can access it, to arrange your appointment.
How do I ask for deletion?
To delete your stored information, call the support number and give the name and mobile number you booked with.
